Harnessing the power of digital communication: a guide for civil society
In recent months, the global COVID-19 crisis has dominated media headlines. The turbulent environment of the digital world has made it more difficult for civil society organisations (CSOs) to be heard. To help CSOs with the efficiency of their digital communications strategy and leverage the full potential of their resources, we have prepared a practical guide with concrete tips on how to engage with journalists, design a newsworthy message, and build a communications strategy.
We have based the information on the lectures delivered by two communication experts, Laura Shields and Jon Worth, as part of our Communication and Strategy event back in November 2020. This guide has been produced with the generous support of the British Embassy in Prague.
