Mekong Club Webinar: Amplifying the “S” in ESG: Investor Myth Buster

Investors are under increased pressure to consider the “S” (social) performance by companies in their investment portfolios. Yet, in ESG investing the integration of social performance assessment has seen insufficient progress. For this reason, the Thomson Reuters Foundation convened a group of organisations to form a Working Group, of which The Mekong Club is a member, to work on dispelling the ‘myths’ around driving more sophisticated social performance assessments.

This webinar will bring together representatives of the Working Group and investment practitioners to discuss the real challenges in tackling the “S” of ESG but also providing clear next steps for investor action.
